Here at Hillside, There’s a dance elective class that people can take if people are interested in dancing. There’s beginning dance (learning the basics of dance and getting to perform on stage) and intermediate dance (more advanced dancing). Dance can be such a good and fun hobby to have as someone that does dance, it’s so fun. There’s also the Hillside Dance Company in which people have to audition to get in and there’s 3 dances that have to be memorized.

On November 17th, the Hillside Dance department did their dance show called “Stargaze 26” and the theme was Fairytale and Fantasy in which the dance elective classes and dance company participated in and there were all of dances included like “Aladdin”, “Black Panther”, “Cruella”. Other schools were also involved in the show like Riverside High School, Club Boulevard Elementary School, Neal Middle School, RN Harris Elementary School and South East Raleigh High School.
